Yolanda Zavala

Yolanda Zavala of Tulsa, Oklahoma, entered into eternal rest on March 2, 2023. She was 53 years old.

Yolanda was born on August 8, 1969, to Refujio Zavala and Rafaela Rodriguez-Zavala in Guanajuato, Mexico. At the age of 18, Yolanda moved to Los Angeles, California. While residing there, she was blessed with three sons. Six years ago, Yolanda moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her loving sons moved to Tulsa to be closer to their mother and for her to be closer with her four grandchildren. Yolanda was the best grandmother. She loved playing and spending time with them. Yolanda was known for her love of a good margarita and her amazing smile. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed.

Yolanda is preceded in death by her father, Refujio Zavala.

She is survived by her three sons, Rigoberto Rodriguez, Danny Rodriguez, and Andy Rodriguez, mother, Rafaela Rodriguez-Zavala, grandchildren, Denise, Sofia, Andy, and Valentina, and many other loving family and friends.

There will be a wake service held at St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church on March 9, 2023, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church on March 8, 2023, at 11:00AM.

Following services, a graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery.
