Woodrow Duane Watson

Woodrow Duane Watson passed away with loving family by his side on Friday, June 18, 2021, at the age of 73.
Affectionately known as Woody, he was born on August 26, 1947, in Trenton, MO to his parents, Woodrow and Eva (Ogan) Watson.
He met the love of his life, Penny Shannon. They were married on April 3, 1976 in Clarksville, MO.
Woody was a Cook and childcare worker for many years. He enjoyed listening to music, especially Bluegrass Music. Most of all he enjoyed sharing his faith with others and talking about Jesus.
He is preceded in death by father, Woodrow Watson; mother, Eva Watson; brother, Jim Watson
Woody leaves many loving memories with his family, wife Penny Watson; daughter Cynthia McDougald and husband, Charles; son Nathan Watson and wife, Kristene; granddaughter Inara Watson; grandson Isaac Watson; daughter Ellie Watson and husband Ariel; son Kirk Jolly and wife Christy. Grandchildren Rachel, Jessica, Sarah. Nephews Eric Watson and family and Jeff Watson and family along with many other loving relatives and a host of friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm, July 10, 2021, at Exciting Southeast Baptist Church, Tahlequah, OK.
