Wilma Alene Anglin

Wilma Alene (Sanders) Anglin age 89 passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Jenks, Oklahoma residence.

Wilma was born August 24, 1924 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Charlie and Mary (Johnson) Sanders. She attended Jenks High School. Wilma married Leonard Anglin on December 5, 1942. Some of her hobbies were painting, crocheting, doing yard work, tending to her flowers and traveling. Wilma touched many lives. She was a loving grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family members.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, her four sisters and her husband, Leonard (July 15, 2006).

She is survived by her son, Lenny Brewston Anglin of Bixby, her daughter, Connie Jo Anglin of Jenks, her sisters: Sherron Ellis (Tucker) of Pineville, MO, Patty Hines of Tulsa, her two grandchildren: Zach & Evan and one greatgrandchild: Evan Jr. (EJ) along with other family members and friends.

Pallbearers are: Evan Anglin, Zack Anglin, Eddie Whitson, Kevin Whitson, Lloyd Kirk and Jim Fuller.

Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2013 at Tulsa Hills Baptist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Oran Brown and Brother Vern McCabe will officiate. Interment will follow at Rosencutter Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
