William Lamb

William Michael Lamb age 63 passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at home after a short struggle with cancer.

Bill was born August 1, 1951 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Lee Lamb and Opal "Pat" (Sullivan) Lamb. He worked as a Registered Nurse for twenty years. On October 22, 1989 he married his sweetheart, Jackie Jeannne Jones in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Bill enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping - anything to do with nature and being outdoors. He was a big OU football fan attending many of the games. He is a graduate of NSU with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He graduated in May of 1992 from Connors State College with a nursing degree. Bill was a long time member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, and was instrumental in establishing the infamous community breakfast.

He is survived by his wife, Jackie Lamb, his son, Daniel Beames, his daughter, Erin Beames, his son, Eli Lamb, his brother Benton Lamb and wife, Patty, his loving five grandchildren: Presley, Ashlyn, William, Jackson and Claire along with other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Good Sheppard Health Clinic, 2130 W. Okmulgee Street, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2015 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Muskogee, Oklahoma.
