William Zeb James Williams age 91 passed away Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Franciscan Villa in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Zeb was born January 6, 1917 in Roane, Texas to Charles Tillman Williams and Rena (Allen) Williams. He served in the United States Army from January 7, 1936 until July 21, 1951. He worked as a financial officer at Ft. Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma until he retired in 1972. He also served as a Judge and Justice of the Peace in Murchison, Henderson County, Texas. Zeb enjoyed playing dominos, fishing, hunting and gardening. He was a member of Indian Springs Baptist Church in Broken Arrow.
Zeb was preceded in death by his parents: Charles and Rena Williams and his daughter: Betty Williams Kampe.
He is survived by his daughters: Nancy Williams Zimmerman, Amy Williams Maddamma; his son: James Williams; grandchildren: Mona Kampe, Tammy Kampe, Greg Zimmerman, Lisa Rustin, Barbara Zimmerman, Sherri Morlas, Scott Williams, Aubreann Champ, Kaitlyn Garcia; great grandchildren: Jessica Zimmerman, Shelby Rustin, Kurt Rustin, Natascha Nord; his brothers: Charley Williams, Arnold Williams and Alon Williams.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at St. James United Methodist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Reverend Gary Harber will officiate.
