William "Bill" John Razor

William John Razor, III, better known to many as Bill, passed peacefully at home with family at his side, the morning of August 29, 2017. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 17, 1951 to Florence (Freismeyer) and William John Razor, II. He was the only son of an upholsterer and picked up the trade at the age of 12. He followed in his father's footsteps and started his own business, upholstering household furnishings. Bill worked most recently at Orchids Paper Plant in Pryor, Oklahoma. He had many laughs, enjoyed productivity races and people. Bill took great pride in everything he did and it showed.

Bill met the love of his life, at a young age and after 5 years of courting and begging, Marsha (Richmond) realized that Bill was also the love of her life. They married on May 26, 1972 in St. Louis, Missouri at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. They raised their two boys in Missouri before moving to Oklahoma twelve years ago to be closer to their grandchildren.

Bill loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed living on the lake. Being from St. Louis, he was an avid Cardinals and Rams fan, always cheering on his home team. He will be remembered for his fun loving personality. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Florence and William John Razor, II; and sister, Bonnie Waller.

Survivors include his wife, Marsha Razor of their home; sons Ben Razor of Big Cabin, Oklahoma, William John Razor, IV and wife, Dawn of Claremore, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Sydney Razor, Hank Razor and Jesse Razor; sister, Connie Nack of St. Charles, Missouri and Joan Schodroski of South County, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; and many beloved friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Celebration of Life Mass will be held Monday, September 11, 2017, 2:00PM at St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church-Langley, Oklahoma. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service and Cremation Care Centers.
