Weston Wayne Campbell age 58 passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.
Wes was born November 15, 1954 in Aurora, Colorado to Alvin Wayne Campbell and Rawline Leah Robbins. He grew up in area and graduated from Owasso High School in 1973 and attended East Texas State University. He married the love of his life Elizabeth Jean Wilcox on February 18, 1978 at Lahoma, Oklahoma. Wes worked for Nordam as a Leadman for the past 23 years. Wes enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, driving his corvette, but most of all he will be remembered as a loving husband, dad and papa.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
His surviving relatives include:
His wife; Elizabeth Campbell of Glenpool; Children: Tiffiny and Brandon McConnell of Florida, Samuel Campbell and Madison Perry of Tulsa, Dustin Campbell of Tulsa, and Little Wes of Glenpool; grandchildren: Anna, Laura and Jacob McConnell of Florida; his siblings: Debra and Mark McDole of Glenpool, Kenny Campbell of Winchester; his beloved extended family: Bill and Trisha Berry of Garber, Normlyn Hanes of Colorado, Sherman and Norma Wilcox of Enid along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Schaudt’s Funeral Service Chapel.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at First Baptist Church, Main & Broadway, Glenpool, OK. Reverend Brett Land will officiate.
