Wesley Dean Gravitt

Wesley Dean Gravitt age 49 passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Wesley was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Elzie Dean Gravitt and Jacqueline (Huston) Gravitt Miller. He attended Laverne High School. Wesley moved to the Glenpool area coming from Colorado three years ago. He worked as an automobile salesperson. He worked for Fred Jones Ford and was top salesman for two years in a row. He previously worked for Bob Hurley Ford, Lynn Hickey Mitsubishi and Brad Noe. While living in Colorado he worked in the oil field industry x-raying pipeline and on a drilling rig. Wesley was an active member of Glenpool Christian Church.
Wesley was preceded in death by his father: Elzie Dean Gravitt.
He is survived by his mother: Jacqueline Miller of Owasso; his son: Jack Gravitt and his wife, Candice of Tulsa; his daughters: Danielle Ayala and her husband, Adrian Ayala of Broken Arrow; Jaime Dorsey and her husband, Aaron Dorsey of Broken Arrow; his brother: Lesley Proud of Cookson; his sister: Christi Greeno of Owasso; the mother of his children: Christine Gravitt of Sapulpa; his three grandchildren: Kaitlyn Gravitt, Aylah Dorsey and Kinsley Dorsey along with a multitude of friends and acquaintances.
A memorial fund has been established in Wes Gravitt's honor. Contributions can be made at any Bank of Oklahoma location or to the Glenpool Christian Church at 1600 E. 141st Street, Glenpool, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be Monday, November 24th from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service in Glenpool.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, November 25th at 2:00 p.m. at Glenpool Christian Church. Reverend Gary Volz will officiate.
