Wanda Jean Tumlison

Wanda Jean Tumlison passed away Friday morning, June 12, 2015 at St. John Medical Center Tulsa. She was 59 years of age. Wanda was born June 25, 1955 in Sheffield, Alabama to William and Syble Berry Purser. She grew up in Alabama.

Wanda was always known to be good hearted and maintain a strong faith in God. She was a wonderful caregiver to her children and grandchildren. Her grandchildren meant the world to her. She worked for the Murphy Brothers in the carnival business during the majority of her life. Once she had children she started Wanda's Wall to Wall Cleaning Service. Wanda cleaned homes for many years in the Tulsa area.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; and her uncle Bobby Purser. She is survived by her children: Amber Dueberry, Ashley Dueberry; her grandchildren Damon, Maximus, and Maci; her brother Curtis; and her sisters: Shirley and Linda.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service at Memorial Park, 5757 S. Memorial Drive in Tulsa. A memorial ceremony is scheduled for 2:00 Thursday, June 18, 2015 in the Chapel at Schaudt-Teel.
