Walter Thomas Nabb

Walter Thomas Nabb, age 70 passed away June 13, 2007 at Saint Francis Hospital surrounded by his loving family members.
Walter as born in Granite City, Illinois on January 10, 1937 to Walter W. Nabb and Ida G. (Fisher) Nabb. In 1955 he graduated from Belleville High School. On March 2, 1970 in Belleville, Illinois he married Cecilia Joan (Allnutt) Nabb. Walter liked to collect guns, knives, antique cars and work in his garden in his spare time.
For eighteen years Walter worked as a nuclear technician for Chem Nuclear and Waste before retiring in 2002. He and his wife moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma coming from Lincoln, Nebraska. Most recently Walter worked part-time for Lowe's.
Walter Thomas Nabb was preceded in death by both parents.
He is survived by his wife: Cecilia Nabb of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his four sons: Ian and wife, Kim Nabb of Tulsa; Jason and his wife, Cindy Nabb of Lincoln, Nebraska; Brian Nabb of Springfield, Illinois and Todd Nabb of Atlanta, Georgia. Walter is also survived by ten loving grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Life Connection Church, 1015 W. Main Street, Jenks, Oklahoma at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2007. Pastor Jeff Voth will officiate.
