Travis Michael Perez

Travis Michael Perez age 19 passed away early Sunday, January 22, 2012 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Travis was born January 15, 1993 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Josue Perez and Jennifer (Whynot) Fissel. He graduated in May 2011 from Broken Arrow High School and was attending Tulsa Community College studying towards becoming a certified public accountant. Travis worked in the deli department at Walmart. He is survived by his father: Josue Daniel Perez of Broken Arrow, his mother, Jennifer (Whynot) Fissel of Bixby, his maternal grandparents, Rufus and Dee Whynot of Romania, his paternal grandparents, Josue and Miriam Perez of Guatemala City, his great grandmother, Phyllis Lloyd Whynot of Topsfield, MA, his friend, Manny Pacheco, sister, Kirstie Perez, brothers, Grant Perez and Grayson Pacheco; his aunts, Samira Mazariegos of Ft. Campbell, KY, Patty Perez of Guatemala City, Guatemala, Anabella Nelson of Sacramento, CA along with other family members, a host of friends and acquaintances. Funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2012 at Grace Church, 9610 S. Garnett Road, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Reverend Rufus Whynot will officiate. Pallbearers are: Grant Perez, Deion Clark, Aubrey Silas, Kevin Collins, Manifredo Mazariegos, Mike Alford and Manny Pacheco. Honorary pallbearer is Grayson Pacheco.
