Tamas Lach age 75 passed from this life on December 22, 2005 at his residence in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma after a extended illness.
Tamas was born on November 4, 1930 in Krasznahorka, Hungary to Gyorgy Lach and Julia Hajdu. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1983 from Russian occupied Hungary. Tamas married the love of his life, Klara A. Sandor, on May 7, 1982 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Broken Arrow coming from Morton, Pennsylvania in 2000. Mr. Lach was a retired truck driver and driving instructor. In his spare time he enjoyed gardening and he loved animals.
Tamas was preceded in death by his mother and father, one brother and two sisters.
Mr. Lach is survived by his wife Klara of Broken Arrow; his sons: Tamas Lach of Miskolc, Hungary; Tibor Lach of Emod, Hungary; Gyorgy Lach of Sajolad, Hungary and daughter: Eva Dojcsak and her husband, Jozsef of Miskolc, Hungary along with his step-daughter Klara Conway and her husband, Richard, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and their children Lori Riggs of Tulsa and Justin Conway of Grapevine,TX. Mr. Lach is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A memorial mass will be held on Thursday, December 29th at 7:00 p.m. St. Benedicts Roman Catholic Church, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with Reverend Monsignor Patrick Gaalaas officiating.
