Stephen Ray Whiteley

Stephen Ray Whiteley, 65, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Stephen was born on March 9, 1952, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, to Alma Mae (Riggs) Whiteley and Lloyd Whiteley. After graduating from high school, he attended trade school. Steve served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a staking engineer with East Central Electric Co-op, until his retirement. He married Pat Ann (Keith) Whiteley on July 3, 1993 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Watching his favorite NASCAR driver, Dale Earnhardt, race was one of his favorite hobbies. He also loved a delicious steak, spending time outdoors, shooting firearms, and his most treasured time was being with his family.

Stephen is preceded in death by his parents; Alma Mae and Lloyd Whiteley, brothers; David Whiteley and Jim Whiteley.

He is survived by his wife; Patricia Whiteley of the home, children; Stacy Densmore, Keith Hayes and his wife Terri, brother; Fred Whiteley and his wife Sonna, sister-in-law; Robbie Whiteley, along with many other family and friends.

Public Viewing will be held 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at Schaudt's Okmulgee Funeral Service Chapel, 220 S. Alabama, Okmulgee, Oklahoma 74447.

Services will be held 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Schaudt's Okmulgee Funeral Service Chapel, 220 S. Alabama, Okmulgee, Oklahoma 74447. Steve Beam will officiate.
