Stacey Kipp Pratt

Stacey Kipp Pratt passed in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 62.

Born March 11, 1960, in Hominy, OK to Freda Lee Kipp, he carried the name Tzi-Zho Wah-Tdian-Keh which means "strength of the eagle". Stacey proudly worked as a carpenter and often mentioned his Lord and Savior Jesus worked in the same field.

Stacey enjoyed beading and making traditional fan handles, volunteering at church functions and socializing. He was a lifelong member of the Friends Meetinghouse in the Hominy Indian Village and also followed Native American Church practices.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents George and Josephine (Wahreshe) Kipp, mother Freda Lee Kipp Bigheart and his sister Hazel Annette (Pratt) Moore.

Stacey leaves many loving memories to be cherished by his siblings, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and relatives; Cynthia Horsechief Aken and husband - sister, of Albuquerque, NM, Alfred Horsechief and family - brother, of Pawhuska, OK, Sam Evanoff - brother, of Tulsa, OK, Mandi Whitewing and family - sister, of Tulsa, OK, Mary Jo Kipp Pratt and family - daughter, of Owasso, OK, Casey Pratt Malone and family - daughter, of Sapulpa, OK, Gabriel Pratt and family - son, of Bartlesville, OK, Diamond Pratt - daughter, of Vinita, OK, Devon Pratt - son, of Nowata, OK as well as many other loving relatives and a host of friends. Stacey will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Wake services will be held 6:00 pm Friday, November 11th, 2022 at the Hominy Indian Village Chapel. Indian services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, November 12, 2022 with Everett Waller officiating. Burial will be in the A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery, Hominy, Oklahoma.
