Shirley Ann Dolan

Shirley Ann Dolan, 71, of Morris, OK, passed away Tuesday, February 21st, at her residence.

Shirley was born March 16, 1945, in Okmulgee, OK to Alice Nadine (Dixon) and Doyle Clinton Hill. She married Patrick Dolan, July 18, 1966 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

While Patrick was fulfilling a military tour of duty in Alaska, Shirley worked for a legal firm and taught at the Alaska Business College. She loved teaching and upon returning to the Morris area taught Business courses at the High School for 27 years. Vacationing to Red River, New Mexico held special memories for Shirley as did spending time with her family. Many have been blessed with her talents in sewing, crochet, and crafts.

Shirley will be greatly missed by her husband, Patrick; Son, Michael Dolan (wife Natalie), Granddaughter Cortney Dolan, Sister Marilyn Criner (husband Doyle), and brother Robert Hill (wife Faye), 11 step grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 4th at Liberty Baptist Church where Shirley was a member. Pastor Jeff Ward will officiate.
