Sherry Ann Millarr

Sherry Ann (Anson) Millarr, 68, died Tuesday, March 28th, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born August 3, 1948 to John Francis and Estella Mae (Nix) Anson. Sherry attended New Lima Public Schools in Wewoka, Oklahoma. She enjoyed watching tennis. Her favorite sports team to cheer on was the St. Louis Cardinals. She loved to camp and deer hunt. She was an avid fisherman, catching a 29lb. catfish, an all time family record. She loved the holidays with family. She was a devoted sister, aunt, and dog mom to her beloved dog, Gypsy. Her family will remember her beautiful smile and her nickname, Sherry Bug Bombshell, given to her by her father.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Francis and Estella Mae (Nix) Anson; siblings, Maria Metz, Ronnie Anson, Judy Anson, and Jeanie Marie Anson.
Survivors include siblings, Elaine Standridge of Tulsa, OK, Jack Anson and wife, Elaine of Bristow, OK, Gary Anson of Stroud, OK, Gail Martin and husband, Odis of Sapulpa, OK, John Anson and wife, Donna of Mannford, OK, Deborah Abercrombie of Sapulpa, OK, Paul Anson and wife, Susie of Depew, OK, Cindy Willey and husband, Mike of Claremore, OK, and Sondra Lewis and husband Mickey of Mannford, OK and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She will be greatly missed.
Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30pm, Friday, March 31, 2017 at Case Community Center, 1050 W. Wekiwa Rd, Sand Springs, OK. Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service.
