Sarah Lynnette Mccoy

Sarah Lynnette Wopart-McCoy, age 41, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at Hillcrest South Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Sarah was born June 13, 1981, in Claremore, Oklahoma to James and Cydney Wopart. Sarah is survived by her husband, Steven McCoy, her parents, James and Cydney Wopart, her children, Gabrielle, Jacob, Olivia, and Satine; her sisters Audrey and Jordan and her brother Spencer, (Alana), along with many extended family members. Sarah was preceded in death by her great grandparents Travis and Miza Beel, her grandma Beverly Wopart, and her Grandpa James Wopart II.

Sarah loved many things in life including fishing, music, art, writing poetry, and playing family board games as well as other games. She had an amazingly beautiful personality and a smile and laugh that not only matched it but could brighten the day and warm the heart of anyone around her. Sarah's sense of humor was infectious.

Sarah had faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was a Christian and was never afraid to share her belief in the truth of the Bible.

Sarah is missed today and will be missed until we all get to be with her again in Heaven. Sarah's family will honor her memory during a private family service to remember special moments and to celebrate her life and the unique gifts she shared with each of us.
