Sandra Sue Mccarter

Sandra Sue McCarter, 63, of Tulsa passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014 in Tulsa. Sandra was born August 19, 1950 in Elwood, NE to Walter and Doreatha Hyslop. She worked as a Master Instructor of Cosmetology during her career. Sandra is survived by her loving husband James Brent McCarter of the home; her children Kaye and Avery Fisher, Eddie and Missy Settles; her mother Doreatha Hyslop; her sister Joyce Pantry; her brothers Philo Hyslop and Roy Hyslop; her nieces Becky Miller and Lori Rodrequez, Jenna and Jessica Hyslop and her nephews Marcus Pantry and Christopher Hyslop; and her six grandchildren Tyler and Tanner Settles, and Colin, Zach, Tori, and Connor Fisher. Service arrangements will be private in accordance to her wishes.
