Sandra Holt

Sandra P. Holt age 60 passed away Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Sandra was born August 30, 1953 to Earnest E. Powell and Duffie K. (Wallace) Powell in Bethesda, Maryland. She graduated from d'Iberville High School in d‘Iberville, Mississippi with the Class of 1972. On April 7, 1972 she married Randy Holt in d‘Iberville, MS. She attended Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She worked for Dayton Engineers Club, and numerous military clubs and exchanges as an accounting clerk. Sandra put Christ first in her life. She was a devoted wife, mother and Mawmaw. She liked baking cookies, pastries and deserts. She also liked gardening and collecting elephants. Sandra was a member of New Journey Church in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents: Earnest and Duffie along with her sister, Denise Powell.

She is survived by her husband, Randy Holt of Kiefer, her daughter, Jamie Witt of Chouteau and her husband David; her daughter, Lindsey Heath and her husband, Brandon Heath; her daughter, Sara Murray, of Janesville, WI; her son, Cliff Holt of Redman, WA; her daughter Melanie Brown and her husband Mike Brown of Sapulpa, OK; her brother, Mike Pickens of Biloxi, MS along with her loving grandchildren, Jonah Witt, Zach Witt, Logan O’Leary, Lily Rose Mitchell, Isabella Marie Heath and Pierce Laine Heath, Corinne Ellis, Braiden Ellis, and Ashley Brown. Two Goddaughters, Chellie Roller, of Muskogee, OK and Lori Arney, of Fort Gibson, OK; and sister Deborah Sylwester of Denver, CO.



Memorial services are 2:30 p.m. Thursday, August 28, 2014 at New Journey Church, 171st & Hickory, Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Pastor Bob Roche will officiate.
