Sandra Boatner

Sandra Lee Boatner, age 69, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at her residence in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

Sandra was born July 30, 1946 in Anniston, Alabama to Clifford and Dorothy (Moon) Holder. She married Ernest Boatner on March 5, 1963. Sandra worked as a homemaker and enjoyed watching television, shopping and attending church. She will be remembered as a loving Nana, mother and friend.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Dorothy Holder and her husband, Ernest who passed away September 9, 1994.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Sue Emery of Sand Springs, her son, Clifford Eugene Boatner, her grandchildren, Clifford Boatner, Jr., Scott Boatner, Alan Boatner, Justin Emery, Taylor Emery, her sisters, Dianne Ogle of Guntersville, AL, Linda Holder of Richmond, CA, her sisters in-law, Sue Miller of Glenpool, OK, and Lu Buie of Eufaula, OK brother in law, Mike Boatner of Kiefer, OK along with other family members and friends.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2016 at Community Assembly of God Church, 9700 Heritage Drive, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Reverend Jimmy Noe will officiate.

Interment will follow at Woodland Memorial Park Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
