Samuel Thomas Lamb age 69, passed away at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday, March 18, 2016.

Sam was born on December 20, 1946 in De Queen, Arkansas to John T. and Dorothy Lamb. He graduated from East Central High School in 1965. He served his country in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. Sam married Peggy Davis on April 14, 1973 in De Queens, Arkansas. Sam was an avid hunter, gun collector, poker player and beer drinker. He worked in the oil industry as an Inspector for ten years.

Sam was preceded in death by his parents, John and Dorothy Lamb.

He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Ann Lamb of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will take place 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service, 719 E. 141st Street, Glenpool, Oklahoma. Pastor Gary Volz will officiate.
