Samuel Clifton Edwards

Samuel Clifton Edwards age 78 passed away on Friday, January 8, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Sam was born December 9, 1937 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Sam Clark and Mintha (Thompson) Clark. He received an honorable discharge for serving his country in the United States Navy where he was stationed in San Francisco, California. He worked as a machinist for Badger Meter.
Sam was preceded in death his parents, his two brothers: Louie and Dale Edwards and his wife, Diana Edwards.

He is survived by his children, Connie Cook, Clifton Edwards, Rick Teague, his friend and companion, Marian Edwards, his siblings: Evelyn Smith of Sacramento, California, Sherman Cates of Redding, California, Kaye Beck (Clark) of Oologah, Oklahoma, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great great grandchild other family members and friends.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Florial Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
