Sadie Rose Sisemore

Sadie Rose Sisemore, was born into the arms of Jesus on August 19, 2016 at St. John's Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She is survived by her loving parents, Stephen and Lorri (Clark) Sisemore, grandparents, Donald and Yvonne Clark, Rick and Cindy Sisemore, great-grandparents, Tom and Lee Clark, aunts and uncles, Cari and Blaine Flurry, Chris McKay, Jon and Lena Sisemore, cousins, Dylan McKay, Berlin Flurry, Gabe Sisemore, and several other extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Calvary Cemetery Chapel, 9101 S. Harvard Avenue, Tulsa, OK. 74137. Pastor, John- David Meissner will be officiating.
