Sabrina Yvonne Scott, 57, of Tulsa, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2025, surrounded by her family and close friends. Known for her warmth, compassion, and generosity, Sabrina touched countless lives with her love for God, family, and friends.
Born at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Sabrina grew up in Owasso, Oklahoma, where she graduated from High School. She pursued higher education and earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts. Over her career, Sabrina dedicated more than 30 years to Mazzio's Pizza, where she met her beloved husband, Chon Scott. They married on February 14, 1999, and shared 25 beautiful years together.
Sabrina was a gracious host, creating warmth and joy in every gathering she organized. She cherished time with her family and friends, often inviting them to enjoy her hospitality, whether it was sharing stories in her cozy home, soaking in her hot tub, or playing games. Her home was always a haven of love, laughter, and connection.
An adventurous spirit, Sabrina had a love for travel, which she most recently shared during an unforgettable trip to Paris with her best friend Kristen Howell, and Kristin's stepmother. Her curiosity and passion for exploring new places and creating memories with loved ones will remain a treasured legacy.
Sabrina also found joy in her hobbies, such as defeating dragons with nothing but a sheet of paper and some dice, caring for her fish tanks, and collecting gnomes and marbles, reflecting her playful nature and love for life's small joys.
Sabrina was a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She is survived by her husband, Chon, and her children: Her daughter Casey Norris of Texas, Andrew DeMello of Oklahoma City; Ethan and Elias Scott of Tulsa. She is also survived by her father-in-law, Jerald (Jerry) Scott and his wife Shauna of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; her brothers, Dave (Rachael) Thompson of Winter Garden, Florida, and John (Karen) Thompson of Manchester, Missouri; her uncle, Gary Berry Sr. of Pryor, Oklahoma; her aunt, Tommy Jo Coleman of Pryor, Oklahoma; her sister-in-law, Shannon Potter; and several beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Don and Barbara; her brother, Vic; her aunt; and her cousin.
A Memorial Service will be held on February 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at The Heart Church, 6215 S. 107th E Ave in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Sabrina's kindness, warmth, and unwavering faith have left an indelible mark on those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all whose lives she touched.
