Ruby Jean Peters

Ruby €œJean€ Peters, age 79 passed away Saturday, May 26, 2007 at her residence in Glenpool, Oklahoma.
Jean was born June 5, 1927 to Raymond Trower and Erma Ivon (Appleby) Trower in Quay, Oklahoma. She resided in Glenpool for the past seventeen years coming from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Before Jean retired she worked as a waitress for a restaurant that was known for €œfine dining€ and called Utica 21 located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
In her spare time Jean enjoyed working jig saw puzzles. She loved to dance and got great pleasure planting flowers and taking care of her animals. Jean attended NewSpring Family Church.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents: Raymond Trower and Erma Ivon Trower Carter and her husband: Arthur John Peters.
Jean is survived by her two sons: John G. Peters of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Wayne Douglas Peters of Fairfax, Virginia; two daughters: Linda Mullenaux of Murchison, Texas; Chyanne Farina of Seffner, Florida; her sister: Joyce Elliott of Glenpool, Oklahoma and her brother: Carl Geuy of Cameron Park, California along with six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In memory of Jean her service is being held on her 80th birthday. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 5th at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Gary Volz officiating.
