Roy Johnson

Roy Austin Johnson, son of Ronnie and Robin (Smith) Haney passed away Nov 9, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 48 years old. Roy was born on January 23, 1976, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He lived in Okmulgee, Oklahoma until moving with his family to Sapulpa, Oklahoma and graduating in 1994.

Roy was an ardent fan of Oklahoma Sooners Football; his weekends were always dedicated to cheering on his favorite team. He was also a true Star Wars, DC and Marvel aficionado a "Fanatic" in every sense.

People who knew Roy felt they did not need the internet, they could just ask him everything from The Bible, sports teams, movies, music and life in general. Roy learned to cook at a very early age and was always creating new recipes. All these things brought joy to him and those around him.

His quick wit and love for his family will be missed by all.

Roy was preceded in death by many loving grandparents, aunts and uncles and his best four-legged friend Parker.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his parents, his loving sister and brother in law, his nephew, niece and her best four-legged friend Annie, grandmother, aunts uncles, cousins and many friends.
