Ronald O'Dell Brook

Ronald O'Dell (Ron) Brook, 67, of Sapulpa, OK passed away Wednesday, July 2nd, at his residence surrounded by his loving family members.

Ron was born in Tulsa, OK on February 1, 1947, a son of Janice (Bench) and Hubert Brook. He graduated from Union High School with the Class of 1965. He married Alice (Fuchs) Brook on July 11, 1986 at Tulsa, OK. He worked as a Paramedic with EMSA for many years before retiring. Ron had a few hobbies which he enjoyed. He liked to ride his motorcycle, stained glasswork, leatherworking, military history, and reading. Ron was a member of the Joy Lutheran Church in Tulsa.

Ron is survived by his wife, Alice and his daughter, Ronda Kimbrell and her husband Todd, his son, Jon Brook, his sister in law, Adele McCreery and brother in law, Larry McCreery his three loving grandchildren, Chris and Olivia Kimbrell, Jon Robert Johnson along with other family members, friends and acquaintances.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Lung Cancer Research Foundation.

A memorial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Joy Lutheran Church. Reverend Nathan Allen will officiate.
