Ronald Delano McCall, a devoted husband, proud marine, and pillar of his community, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2025, in his beloved Glenpool, Oklahoma. Born on February 16, 1941, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, to Cecil and Rachel McCall, Ronald lived a life defined by responsibility, service, and unwavering commitment to his family and community.

Ronald is survived by his sons, Bruce McCall and Craig McCall; his grandchildren, Chance McCall, Avary McCall, and Cade McCall; and his great-grandson, R.J. He was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Norma, his lifelong partner in all things.

A Marine through and through, Ronald believed in the values of accountability, discipline, and hard work—principles he carried with him long after his service ended. "Once a Marine, always a Marine" was more than a saying; it was his way of life. He gave tirelessly to his community, serving as President of Tri-County Baseball and dedicating countless hours to coaching and mentoring young athletes. He was a fixture in Glenpool, known as "The Voice of Glenpool" for his years as an announcer in the press box, alongside Norma, for Glenpool schools. He took immense pride in Glenpool Football, pouring his heart into every game.

Beyond his service to the community, Ronald was a skilled woodworker and an even greater family man. He and Norma were inseparable as they built a life centered around love and selflessness. He worked relentlessly to provide for her, ensuring she had everything she ever wanted. His life was never about himself—it was about giving, serving, and always doing the right thing.

Though he was known for his serious nature, his grandchildren brought out a softer side in him, as his sense of humor took a front-row seat. His presence, wisdom, and steadfast devotion will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Ronald McCall was the true definition of a good man—honorable, hardworking, and endlessly giving. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched and the community he loved so dearly.
