Robert Truman Parker

A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Robert Truman Parker will be held at 6:00 P.M. Friday, June 15, 2018 at Faith in Grace Church in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

Robert Truman Parker passed away at the age of 47 on June 12, 2018 in the comfort of his own home in Kellyville, OK with his loving family by his side. Robert was born on May 18, 1971 in Garland, TX to parents; Andrew and Evelyn Parker. He was a graduate of the class of 1989 from Kellyville High School and went to start his career working for the Tulsa Public Schools as a supervisor over the maintenance department for 27 years.

During his free time you could find Robert watching John Wayne movies or building things and working with his hands. He loved tinkering on things and would try and fix anything that you needed. He was a devoted man not only to his family that he deeply adored but to Faith in Grace Church in Sapulpa, OK that he attended. He enjoyed taking trips to museums with his family or any trip at that as long as he got to spend time with them. He fought a long, hard battle of colon cancer for two years but Robert was a man who never gave up; he kept his faith and was a fighter until the end. He was a loving father, husband, friend and son and will be deeply missed.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Parker.

Those he leaves to cherish his memories include his loving wife, Kelli Parker; father, Andrew Parker; children, Alexis, Andrew and Emily Parker; brother, Raymond Parker; sister, Betty Morris; nieces, Diana, Samantha, Amanda, Abigail, Alex and Brittany; nephews, Cash, Gabe and Josh.
