Robert Brett Allen

Robert "Brett" Allen age 53 passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at his residence surrounded by his loving family and friends. Brett was born November 21, 1960 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robert A. Allen and Anita (Bolch) Smith. He attended Edison High School. Brett enjoyed boating, riding his motorcycles, horses and basketball. He married the love of his life, Laura Jean Adkins on September 17, 1983. Brett was a member of Faith Church in Glenpool for over twenty years. He was the Co Owner of Allen Sheet Metal and Atwell Roofing Company. He is survived by his wife Laura Jean Allen, his two children Brittani and Derek of the home, his brother Bryan Allen and his wife, Jeannie of Glenpool, his sister Shannon Butts of Tulsa, his mother Anita Smith of Glenpool, his father Bob Allen and Edith Agnew of Quapaw, his nephews and nieces: Aaron Krueger of Los Angeles, CA, Justin and Brittni Allen of Bixby, Jessi and Joe Mann of Kiefer, Blake and Lauren Provin of Tulsa, Ashley Adkins, Thad Adkins, Madalyn Adkins, Adrienne Adkins, Zack Adkins, great nephews and nieces, Jaxson and Avery Allen, Jozie Mann, other family members, friends and acquaintances. Family requests donations be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and Saint Francis Hospice. Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 18, 2014 at Faith Church, Glenpool, Oklahoma. Reverend Toby Youngblood will officiate. Interment will follow at Osage Memorial Gardens in Skiatook, Oklahoma. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C.
