Robert "Bob" Anderson

Robert "Bob" Anderson went to be with our Lord June 22, 2014 at his residence in Tulsa with his loving family by his side. Bob was born January 17, 1952 in Kansas City, Missouri to Victor August Anderson and Wilma Jean (Pulis) Anderson. He married Becky Adcock on February 16, 1980 at the First Baptist Church in Hobbs, New Mexico and graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology.

Bob loved astronomy and participated in various activities with the Tulsa Astronomy Club. He worked for Fidelity Information Services as a Senior Program Analyst. He was also a very active member of Southwood Baptist Church in Tulsa where he sang in the choir and attended Sunday school regularly. Bob loved the Lord and loved people.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife Becky of Tulsa;
his children Jason Richard Anderson and wife Lindsey of Conroe TX, David William Anderson and wife Gabrielle of Ponca City, and Jennifer Louise Heatherly and husband Joe of Harrison, AR; his grandchildren: Patriot Elijah Anderson, Gillian Nora Bella Anderson, Esme Beatrix Jewel Anderson, Benjamin Eric Tate Anderson, and Grayson Hunter Heatherly.

Memorial Contributions may be directed toward the Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Reaching Souls International.

Visitation is scheduled for 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service in Tulsa. Services are scheduled for 2 PM Wednesday at the Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
