Richard Lynn Portilloz

Richard Lynn Portilloz, 50, passed away November 18, 2016 in Jenks, Oklahoma.
Richard was born on June 2, 1966, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Richard Portilloz and Grace(Dearman) Osborn. He married Sonja Jo (Tyrell) Portilloz and together have five wonderful children. Richard loved riding and showing off his Harley. He was a big outdoorsman, spending many hours fishing and hunting. Spending time with his family and enjoying cookouts were always his favorite past times. Richard will be remembered as a man with a mighty big heart and as someone who never met a stranger.

He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Portilloz; son, Justin Shipley; brother, Charles Burgess.

He is survived by his mother, Grace Osborn of Pryor, Oklahoma; wife, Sonja Jo Portilloz of Tulsa, Oklahoma; daughters, Makisha Gann of Salina, Oklahoma, Jamie Cook of Jenks, Oklahoma; sons, Timothy Shipley of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kody Shipley of Tulsa, Oklahoma; sisters, Tonya Hutton of Pryor, Oklahoma, Steva Briney of Bakersfield, California, nine grandchildren, and many other loving friends and family.

Viewing will be from 5-8p.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Schaudt's Funeral Service Chapel, 719 E. 141st Street, Glenpool, Oklahoma 74033.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Harvest Church, 1601 W. 4th Street, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063. Pastor Rocky Garrison will be officiating.

Pallbearers will be Timothy Shipley, Kody Shipley, Phillip Cook, Jason Gann, Jesse Snow, and Dillon Shipley. Honorary pallbearers are, Justin Walmer and Lee Ashlock.
