Richard Garrison

Richard “Dick” Arthur Garrison, 81, passed away Monday, April 18, 2011 in Edmond, OK. Dick was born November 19, 1929 in Wichita, KS to Homer & Dorothy Garrison. He was a retired airplane mechanic for Boeing Airline and Aero Commander in Bethany, OK. His survivors include his wife of 60 years, Anita Garrison of Yukon, OK, two daughters, Debra Beam of Yukon, OK, Kathy Berryhill of Arcadia, OK, son, Dennis Garrison of Ulverston, Cumbia in the UK, three brothers, David Garrison of Highlands Ranch, CO, Bill Garrison of Junction, CO, Homer Garrison Jr. of Shawnee, KS, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Dick was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister. A celebration of Dick’s life will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Yukon, OK with Rev. Dale Oglesby officiating.
