Richard Dean Summers

Mr. Richard Dean Summers, 75, of Jenks, Oklahoma, passed away , Tuesday, April 28th, 2009 while in the company of family members at his residence.
Mr. Summers was born in Mounds, OK on August 7, 1933, the son of the late Clyde and Linda (Wetzle). He was a graduate of Wewoka High School and later worked as a Welder at Hughes and Anderson Engineering for 25 years. In his spare time liked to fish, cook, and enjoyed taking care of his Koi Pond.
In Claremore, Oklahoma on May 16, 1968 he was united in marriage to his loving and devoted wife Juanita Virginia (Rosencutter) Summers.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents , 10 siblings, one son and one grandchild.
He is survived by his wife Juanita of Jenks, Ok; Daughter: Vicki Linn Brook of Sand Springs, OK.; Sons: James Neal Summers of Brooklyn, NY. and Terral Keith Summers of Sand Springs, OK.; Step Daughter: Carolyn Raper of Jenks, OK.; Step Sons: Terry Bradley of Jenks, OK., Timothy Biggs of Tulsa, OK. ; Sister: Donna Beauchamp; Brother: Frank Summers of Owasso, OK. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 grandchildren
Funeral Service at Schaudt's Funeral Service Chapel, Glenpool, OK, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1,2009 with Reverend Troy Hayes officiating.
