Raymond Mckinley Penn

A graveside service to honor the life of Raymond McKinley Penn will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 20, 2019 at the Okmulgee Cemetery.

A lifetime resident of Okmulgee, Raymond McKinley Penn was born to Raymond and Juanita Penn on March 1, 1949 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He passed away after a lengthy illness on Friday, September 13, 2019.

Ray was a graduate of Okmulgee High School in the year of 1967. He ended his full-time career working as a court clerk in Alabama until returning home to Okmulgee where he would work multiple jobs as painter on homes around Okmulgee. He served as Chaplin for the VFW Auxiliary Post 1189 and was also a member of Second Baptist Church of Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents Raymond E. and Juanita J. Penn. He is survived by brother, James Penn and special friend Lori Noyes and children.
