Ramona Laverne King

Ramona Laverne (Grisso) King age 62 passed away peacefully on April 14, 2009 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Ramona was born April 2, 1947 in Bowlegs, Oklahoma to Glenn Grisso and Ada Marie McCullock. She attended schools in Bowlegs, Oklahoma and graduated from Bowlegs High School with the class of 1965. On June 12, 1965 she married Gene Alan King. They would have celebrated their forty-fourth anniversary this year. Ramona liked to crochet, play the piano and spend time with her family members.
Ramona was preceded in death by her parents: Glenn and Ada Marie Grisso.
She is survived by her husband: Gene Alan King of Glenpool; two sons: Randal King of Austin, Texas; Brian King and his wife, Karey of Jenks, Oklahoma; her brothers: Ron Grisso of San Leandro, California, Luther Grisso and Al Grisso of Pawhuska, Oklahoma; two sisters: Glenda Barber of Bowlegs, Oklahoma, Alice Coffman of Springer, Oklahoma along with her five loving grandchildren.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2009 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel. Reverend Gary Volz will officiate.
