R. A. Pharaoh

R.A. (Reba) Pharaoh, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at the age of 95. He was born January 18, 1915 to Oliver Jerry and Malsey (Roberts) Pharaoh in Pharaoh, Oklahoma. Mr. Pharaoh served as a Corporal in the United States Army in 1942. He is survived by his nephew, Jerry and Sharon Jackson of Ft. Gibson; great niece, Cerelda Brown of Guthrie; nephew, Dick Beightol of Mississippi; niece, Sharon Fudge of Lawton; nephew, Kent Pharaoh of Henryetta; niece Peggy Williams of Barnsdall; niece of Jane Young of Tuscon, AZ; niece, Tommie Matthews of Henryetta and numerous other friends and relatives. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2010 at the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Henryetta. Burial will follow the service at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Reverend Lowell Churchill. Pallbearers will be Paul Johnson, Mark Johnson, Stephen Johnson, Randy Irwin, Joe Irwin, and Jerry Jackson. Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. til 12:00 p.m. at the chapel.
