Prynn Lenore Gravley

March 30, 1953 — December 18, 2021

Prynn Lenore (Puckett) Gravley passed away peacefully in her Tulsa, Oklahoma home on December 18, 2021 with her loved ones by her side. She will forever be remembered as a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, known lovingly by her grandchildren as their "Grammie."

Born on March 30, 1953 in Bartlesville to two Phillips 66 chemists, Prynn always referred to herself as the family wildcard due to her love of the arts over science and math. Her artistic talents won her many awards through the course of her adolescence, and eventually landed her at the University of Kansas, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in studio art. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Tulsa, where she began her career as a graphic artist and met the love of her life, Gary, under the lights of a disco tech. They married on May 19, 1979 and together worked to grow their family printing business and raise their two children - Alex and Amy.

Their love of traveling took the couple many places over the years, from Grand Lake to Lake Como and everywhere in between. Their travels eventually led to their retirement in Naples, Florida where Prynn could spend her days near the places she loved the most - both on the beach and the golf course.

Her family will remember her as their strongest advocate, biggest cheerleader and safest place - always standing endlessly in their corner. Her spirit and legacy will live on in her three grandchildren: in Andrew, through his love of books and quick wit. In Addison, through her creative personality and artistic talent; and in Henry, through his big green eyes and happy-go-lucky spirit.

Prynn is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Ovis (Baxter) Puckett; brother, Gregg Puckett; and parents-in-law, Bill and Clara Gravley. She is survived by her husband, Gary Gravley; their two children and three grandchildren: son, Alex Gravley and his wife, Jenifer and their children Andrew and Addison Gravley; daughter, Amy Witkowski and her husband Zach and their son, Henry Witkowski; and numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.

A celebration of life will take place at 11am on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Asbury United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Parkinsons Foundation of Oklahoma (7134 S Yale Ave., Suite 212, Tulsa, OK 74136).
