Priscilla Elizabeth (Heide) Silvers age 83, passed away peacefully at Grace Nursing Living Center in Jenks, Oklahoma on Sunday, October 5, 2008.
Priscilla was born in Pleasant Unity, Pennsylvania on September 24, 1925 to William Heide and Sadie (Specht) Heide. She married the love of her life, Roy Silvers on December 25, 1954. Priscilla moved to this area twenty-seven years ago from Jacksonville, North Carolina. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Glenpool where she always had a hug for everyone. She also was a member of Glenpool Senior Citizens. Priscilla was Southern Baptist by faith.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents: William and Sadie Heide; her brother: William Heide and her husband: Roy Silvers.
She is survived by her daughters: Elizabeth and Daniel Smithee of Glenpool, Susan and Kevin Bean of Glenpool; her sons: John W. Silvers of Glenpool; James and Betty Silvers of Oregon; her sister: Margaret Stiner and her husband, Earl of Michigan; her grandchildren: Christopher Smithee of Tulsa; Robin Phillips and her husband, Jerald; Michael Bean, Matthew Bean, Morgan Bean all of Glenpool and the €œlight of her life€ her great grandson, Jalen Daniel Phillips.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 7, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Funeral Service in Glenpool, Oklahoma. Private family services will be held at a later date.
