Preston James Cook

Preston James (P.J.) Cook age 53 passed away at his Tulsa residence Monday, June 9, 2008.
Preston was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Charles Edward Cook and Mildred Onderek on September 6, 1954. Preston attended Will Rogers High School. For the past eleven years he was the owner of Keels Lounge located in Tulsa. In his spare time, Preston liked to fish.
Preston was preceded in death by both his parents. He is survived by his step-mother: Sibyl Cook of Tulsa; his sister Charlene Cook of Oklahoma City; his half-brother: Charles Cook; two half-sisters: Darlene Phelps and Shirley Brinkley.
Private graveside services will be held at Oakdale Cemetery in Paden, OK
