Phyllis Renae Noel

Phyllis Renae Noel passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa. She was 56 years of age. Phyllis was born November 18,1960 in Coffeyville, Kansas to the late Manuel Noel and Minnie Lou Noel.

Moving from Southeast Kansas with her family to Tulsa in her teens, she remained in Tulsa. Phyllis for many years owned and operated an in-home child care program. Her physical health required her to give up her business a few years ago.

Phyllis is survived by her three sons: Jamie Washington and his wife, Kendra; Richard Washington and his wife, Melanie; and Brandon Washington and Farah. She left behind her grandchildren: Rylee, Madison, Regan, Kennedie, Cameron, Kodie, Presley and Spencer; her brother, David Noel and his wife, Mary; sister, Carolyn Beall; nieces: Crystal and Heather; nephew, Robert and real close friend, Andy Rawls and his daughter, Amanda.

A memorial service will be held for Phyllis on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service, 5757 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa.
