Phuong Lan Thi Dao

Phuong-Lan Thi Dao, beloved mother, daughter, and sister went home to be with our Lord on December 6, 2021 at age 60.

She was born in 1961 in Pleiku, Vietnam and immigrated to the United States in the 1970s with her family and remained in Oklahoma ever since. Lan met her husband of 38 years, Dat, at the University of Oklahoma. She served 32 years as an electrical engineer at Tinker Air Force Base. Lan was preceded in death by her mother, Be Thi Tran.

She is survived by her husband Dat; son, Brian and his wife, Xuan Diem, daughter, Christine and her husband, Tyler; brother, Tuyen and his wife, Phuoc; sister, Oanh and her husband, Paul, and father, So Van Tran.


Viewing will be at the Church of Saint Mary, 1347 E 49th Pl, Tulsa, OK 74105, on Friday, December 10th at 4:30PM with rosary service at 6:00PM.

Funeral mass at the Church of Saint Mary will be held Saturday from 10:00AM, Father Jack Gleason is the celebrant and burial will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery 9101 S Harvard Ave, Tulsa, OKlahoma.
