Phares Arthur Walker

Phares Arthur "Ace" Walker, 84, passed away at his home on Thursday, July 1, 2021.

Ace was born in Gowana, NY on March 9, 1937 to Lillian (Burkhart) Walker and Lester Walker. He attended Canoga Park High School, then enlisted in the United States Navy. While enlisted he saw the world and was in service during the Korean Conflict. Ace went to school to become an electrician. He married the love of his life, Susan, in Las Vegas, NV on October 25, 1969. Ace worked as an electrician for ABM and once retired, he took a job with the electrical union in California. When his children were younger, he and Susan took their children camping. He loved spending time fishing, riding his Harley, visiting the Las Vegas casinos and later Duck Creek Casino. Ace could always be found with a cold Coors beer or margarita in one hand and a cigarette in the other.

Ace is preceded in death by his parents; Lillian and Lester Walker, siblings; Lester Walker, Jr. and Glen Allen Walker.

He is survived by his loving wife; Susan Jean Walker of the home, children; Tiffany Martinez and husband Frank of Glenpool, OK, Tina Walker of Kiefer, OK, Charles Walker and his wife Catia of Sand Springs, OK, Chad Walker of Kiefer, OK, and Cindy Abernathy of Camas, Washington, 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, sibling; Patti Webb and her husband Ham, along with other loving family.
