Peggy Louise Clark, aged 60, died peacefully on January 29, 2015 at Saint Francis Hospital, after her struggle with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). Peggy was born September 4, 1954, in Tulsa, Oklahoma the daughter of late Gordon Oxford and Margaret Oxford.
Peggy thoroughly enjoyed spending time at her home gardening, and taking care of her family. Peggy attended Will Rogers High School, and Spartan School of Aeronautics.
In 1981, Peggy married the love of her life Howard L. Clark. Peggy’s career in the Gaming industry spanned 20 years in Las Vegas, and most recently at the Hard Rock Casino Tulsa.
In addition to raising their three children and grandchildren she was the heart of the family that ensured we came together on a regular basis. Peggy was known and loved by so many she wore many titles including comforter, friend, ally, Sweetheart, Wife, Mama, Mother, Nana, Ganny, and PC to name a few. Peggy was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Peggy is survived by her Husband, Howard Clark, Mother, Margaret Oxford, Daughter, Cookie Rivera, Son, BJ Masterson, Daughter, Amie Clark, Grandchildren Felicia, Shyanna, Anthony, and Preston. and a number of other relatives and close friends.
There will be a Memorial Service on February 2, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Oak Grove Baptist Church 307 S. 273rd E. Ave Catoosa, OK 74015.
