Paula Fay Smith

Paula Fay Smith passed away in her Okmulgee residence Thursday evening, December 4, 2014 at the age of 57 years old.

Paula was born July 14, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas to Eddie and Barbara (Hollier) Smith. She graduated from Tulsa Community College with an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting. She was employed as a Housekeeper at Warren Clinic.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Smith and mother, Barbara Smith.

Paula leaves precious memories behind with her family, daughter, Tonya Norris and her husband, James, son, Nathaniel Teague; grandchildren, Chad Norris, Gavin Hearon, Alyssa Norris, Buddy Bales, Casher Bales, Emma Teague; Her sisters, Diane Folsom and husband Danny, Theresa King, Stephanie Smith, Carol Dudley and husband Craig, also her Brother, John Smith; along with other family members and friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
