Paul Wayne Smith, a resident of Okmulgee, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2013 at the age of 58. He was born December 28, 1954 to Paul William and Evelyn (Potter) Smith in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evalyn Smith and sister, Sharon K. Smith. Survivors include his wife, Zeborah Ann Smith of the home; father, Paul William Smith of Okmulgee; three children, Charlie Brown Smith of Morris, Shannan Michelle Smith of Broken Arrow and Mark Wayne Rogers of Norman; three stepchildren, Keith Jackson of Morris, Roger Baldridge of Lawton and Lena Pizzolato of Okmulgee; one sister, Carolyn Eslick and husband, Eric of Okmulgee; thirteen grandchildren, Kylie, Kinzie and Harlie Smith, Charlie Brown Smith, II, Kiersten Smith, Darien, Josh and Serenity Rogers, Gavin Boo Boo Domebo, Kayda Pizzolato, Destini Howell, Christopher Trout and Mickey Howell (and his five children); two great grandchildren, Kaylee and Hunter Howell; one nephew, Andy Mays of Alabama; one niece, Megan Mays of Okmulgee; one great nephew, Tucker Mays; two great nieces, Tessa and Madison Mays and numerous other relatives and friends. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee. Burial will follow service at the Okmulgee Cemetery under the direction of the Jackson Funeral Home and Crematory in Okmulgee Pallbearers will be Charlie Smith, Mickey Howell, Andy Mays, John Potter, Gavin Domebo and Kenneth Carter. Honorary Pallbearer will be Larry Jacobs. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Jackson Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
