Patricia Douglas

Patricia Douglas of Okmulgee, Oklahoma passed on May 16, 2022, at the age of 59.
Patricia was born on January 7, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to her parents, Joe and Maurine (Hutchison) Perkins.

Patricia Ann also known as Pat or Bear was born in South Haven (Tulsa) to Maurine and Joe Perkins. Soon after she was born they moved to Kansas City with her siblings where she eventually grew up there. After high school she went to Kansas City Vo-Tech and later decided to go another avenue. While Pat was working at the Plaza she soon met Michael Douglas; where they later got married and had five children together. They lived in Kansas City until they separated and she moved back to Oklahoma in 2008.

Patricia Ann was a God-fearing woman. She was very religious and found comfort when listening to her gospel music. Her children was her life. She made it her mission to provide and set them up for success regardless of her circumstances. She was always just a call away if they ever needed her and there wasn't a thing she wouldn't do for them. She loved playing games on her phone, going to the casino, and catching up on favorite shows such as Judge Judy.

Patricia Ann believed that everything happens for a reason and it was all God's Plan. She knew her time was coming and trusted that everything will fall into place because of her faith in the Lord.

She is preceded in death by her husband Michael Douglas, and Maurine Perkins.

Patricia leaves many loving memories to be cherished by her family including her father Joe Perkins, children, Michelle Douglas, Mark Perkins, Brandi Douglas, Michelle Douglas, Mai'sha Douglas, Adam Douglas, and Samuel Douglas. Siblings include Wendell Perkins, Marilyn Perkins, Angela Crosdale, Sandra Salazar, and Alfredo Salazar (Brother-in-Law)
As well as grandchildren Kacey Starr & Khari Smith along with many
nieces and nephews

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Schaudt's Okmulgee Funeral Service Chapel, 220 S. Alabama Ave, Okmulgee, Oklahoma, with Pastor Brayden Buss of Frist Baptist Church Okmulgee officiating.
