Patricia Anne Powers

Patricia Anne Powers "Patty" passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, June 23, 2015 in Broken Arrow. She was born February 3, 1951 in Oceanside, California, the daughter of Paul and Barbara (Hazuga) Sallade. Patty graduated from high school in Springfield, Virginia in the Class of 1969.

Patty grew up in a Marine Corps family. She was very patriotic and proud of her family members service. Patty was always very particular and well organized. As a Marine Corps wife and mother, Patty was privileged to be home raising her daughter for many important years before transitioning to her career in banking. She loved doing most anything outdoors, particularly spending time at the beach in Florida, Hawaii, and wherever the family found themselves near the water.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter Courtenay Brianne Powers; her brother Michael Sallade; and her dog Sadie.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service & Cremation Care at Memorial Park, 5757 S. Memorial Drive in Tulsa. A memorial ceremony is scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday, June 25 in the Chapel at Schaudt-Teel.
