Ora Ada Osborn

Ora Ada Osborn, 102, passed away Friday, September 17, 2004 in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Mrs. Osborn was born in Okay, Arkansas January 16, 1902 to L. P. Hatley and Evelyn Barton.
Mrs. Osborn was a member of Eastside Christian Church; a member of Friendship Craft Club for over 50 years; past president of the VFW Woman's Auxiliary; she was a talented artist, enjoyed making ceramics, doing embroidery and quilting. Mrs. Osborn won the €œBest in Show€ award at the Tulsa State Fair for her quilting abilities.
Mrs. Osborn married Harry E. Montgomery (her first husband) on August 31, 1926 who passed away April 13, 1945. She married Otis Osborn March 25, 1949 and he passed away August 12, 1979. She also was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
Mrs. Osborn is survived by daughters: Jeanne Stunkard and her husband, Ted, of Tulsa, OK and Doris Steele of El Paso, Texas; stepdaughters: Connie Hill, Susie Osborn and Peggy Osborn, Tulsa, OK. Mrs. Osborn also is survived by her grandchildren: Theda and Scott Brinckerhoff, Monica and Joe Welch, Shelley Latta, Russell Steele, Nancy and Richard Ashmore, Sally and Bob Sheffield, Phillip Steele along with 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, Oklahoma with Ted Stunkard, officiating.
