Norman Donald Orman

Norman Donald Orman age 74 passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2006 at St. John Medical Center, Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
Mr. Orman was born August 30, 1932 to Dee Orman and Zena McMahan Orman in Haskell County, Oklahoma. He graduated from high school in Oolagah. He met the love of his life, Norman Jean Buttress Orman. They were married August 25, 1975 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Norman was a foreman and worked as a coremaker for American Foundry Group before retiring.
Mr. Orman resided in Glenpool since 1998 moving from Mounds, Oklahoma. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Jenks, Oklahoma. Norman liked to play on the computer in his spare time and he liked to go hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed traveling in his motor home. Mr. Orman received great pleasure spending time with all his family members, grandchildren, great grandchildren and his dog, Missy.
Norman Donald Orman was preceded in death by both his parents: Dee and Zena Orman and his son: Gary Wayne Orman who passed away in 1980.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Orman of Glenpool; his two sons: Bob Orman and his wife, Diane of Owasso; Jerry Allen Orman and his wife, Teresa of Pryor; his two daughters: Terri Jo Orman and Julie Ann Orman both of Tulsa; his two sisters: Imogene Watkins of Kellyville and Melba Ward of Broken Arrow along with thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Orman, Adam Orman, Jeremy Vazquez, Craig Orman, Cory Orman and Robert Snyder.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m Tuesday, November 21st at the Bethel Baptist Church, Jenks, Oklahoma. Reverend Troy Hayes will officiate. Interment will be immediately following at Park Grove Cemetery, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
